Since Russia launched its all-out invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the European Union has continued to stand by Ukrainian people, welcoming refugees, providing defence equipment and financial aid. The war has had devastating effects across Ukrainian society and for many young Ukrainians, it has severely disrupted their education.

With the support of EU funding, Kamil, an IT professor in Czechia, has been setting up the Digital University platform to allow Ukrainian students to continue learning online.
