Polish foreign minister explains under what conditions Ukraine can get Polish MіG-29s

Radosław Sikorski, Foreign Minister of Poland, stated that Warsaw might give Ukraine more MiG-29 aircraft, but it would depend on whether it has the means to defend its own airspace.
